The air space shortage in the peak season has always been a problem for air shippers and airlines. Supreme holds tremendous space allotments from JAL & other back up carriers including Nippon Cargo, Eva Airways & Asiana Airlines up to 2,000 tons per month in peak season.

Airlines' market rate level varies due to market demand throughout the year. We always keep major customers informed of market rate change with airlines circular. Our rate offers to major customers are competitive and flexible.
We are loyal to major customers and always give top priority to air shipments of major customers by utilizing our space allotment first, even though the space could be sold to other customers at a higher rate during space critical period.

Over 98% of the shipments of Supreme's major customers are on time or faster than transit time requested because of Supreme's allotments.
→ AIRWAYBILL & DOCUMENTATION ACCURACY
We assigned dedicated staff to handle air shipments of major customers to ensure that proper documents are sent together with shipment. Our destination agent / office will monitor transfer of documents to broker for immediate customs clearance.

Pre-alert and shipment advice are always sent on time to all concerned parties and to keep everyone alerted of any irregularity occurred. Our staff is experienced of handling shipments of major customers and follow through every shipment from the time that shipment is received & uplifted until shipment is customs cleared & delivered at destination.
